iAMP® Norovirus Detection Kit

The iAMP® Norovirus Detection Kit is an extraction-free real-time fluorescent isothermal PCR assay based on Atila’s proprietary isothermal amplification technology intended for the detection of nucleic acids from Norovirus GI and Norovirus GII (without differentiation) directly from stool samples obtained from individuals with or suspected of Norovirus infection.

Each kit includes 100 tests.

This product is for RUO.

Category: SKU: iAMP-NOV-100

iAMP® Gastrointestinal Panel

Norovirus is one of the leading causes of acute gastroenteritis worldwide and is highly contagious, causing outbreaks in healthcare facilities, schools, cruise ships, and other community settings. Infection can result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and dehydration, with young children, older adults, and immunocompromised individuals being particularly vulnerable to severe illness. Rapid and accurate detection of Norovirus is essential for timely patient management, infection control, and outbreak prevention.
