Universal BioDome
The Universal BioDomeTM strips or plates are designed to minimize the risk of carryover contamination in PCR assays. These 0.1mL BioDomeTM strips or plates are configured to contain a proprietary chemical material at the bottom of the strip tubes or plates to prevent PCR amplicon from leaking to the environment. The 0.1mL BioDomeTM strips and plates are compatible with both 0.1mL and 0.2mL thermal cycler blocks.

- Preventing evaporation of reaction mixtures thermal cycling thus maintaining a constant molar ratio between reaction components throughout thermal cycling
