Lung Cancer Panel Sequencing Library Preparation Kit
The Atila Lung Cancer Panel Sequencing Library Preparation Kit targets amplicon regions of 24 lung cancer related genes, including AKT1, ALK, BAP1, BRAF, CCDC6, EGFR, EML4, ERBB2, FGFR2, KDR, KRAS, LRIG3, MAP2K1, MAP2K2, MYCL1, NFE2L2, RB1, RET, ROS1, SLC34A2, SMARCA4, STK11, TFG, and TP53 etc. The resulting sample library is compatible with Illumina NGS sequencing.
The current method employs novel primer design strategies, greatly simplifies sample preparation procedures, and enables rapid screening and discovering genetic variations.
Lung cancer is one of the lead causes of cancer death in the United States and worldwide. The two main types of lung cancer are small-cell lung carcinoma (SCLC) and non-small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC).
