iSAFE MDT5-100 – Microdeletions Testing Kit
The iSAFETM Microdeletions Testing Kit (MDT5-100) is for molecular biology research use only and tests for chromosomal microdeletions 4p16.3, 22q11.2, 5p15.2-3, 7q11.23, and 15q11-q13, causing Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome, Cri Du Chat, Williams Beuren Syndrome, Angelman/Prader-Willi Syndrome, and DiGeorge Syndrome respectively. The kit analyzes the DNA obtained from the amnio fluid samples, blood of newborns, and applies the QIAcuityTM Digital PCR Platform to accurately quantifies the microdeletions on the chromosomes 4, 5, 7, 15, and 22.
