iAMP Respiratory Panel

iAMP® Respiratory Panel is a real-time fluorescent isothermal PCR assay intended for the simultaneous qualitative detection and differentiation of nucleic acids from 19 groups of pathogens.

Each kit includes 100 reactions.

This product is for research use only in the US.

Category: SKU: iAMP-RPP-100

iAMP Respiratory Panel

The iAMP Respiratory Panel applies syndromic testing to detect and differentiate 19 groups of respiratory-causing pathogens simultaneously as well as co-infections in a single assay from a single swab. Also, our panel allows the differentiation between bacterial and viruses causing respiratory pathogens, avoiding the use of antibiotic unnecessarily.

The panel uses a simple, and extraction-free workflow to deliver results in under 90 minutes. This would allow clinicians to make quick diagnosis which is crucial for people who is more likely to develop severe complications.

Co-circulation of respiratory-causing pathogens during annual respiratory disease season after the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic is more likely to cause more hospitalizations according to CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/forecast-outbreak-analytics/about/season-outlook.html).

Features Include

Fast Speed

From sample to answer is less than 90 minutes. Hands on times are less than 15 minutes per assay.

Easy To Use

Simple, extraction-free workflow that saves time and money.

Flexibility

Our kits can be used for detection of any number of samples without wasting extra reagents.

Low Cost

Price per assay is much better than any other kits on the market for detection of all the 19 groups of pathogens.

Technical Specs

Reaction Time

Assay requires less than 1 hour of instrument time.

Sample Types

Nasopharyngeal or nasal swab collected as dry swabs or in 1X iAMP Elution Solution (1XES) or in commonly used transport medium.

Sensitivity

High sensitivity assay detects as low as 10-100 copies of pathogen genome per reaction.

Instruments

Compatible with Bio-Rad CFX96, iCycler, ABI7500, Stratagene Mx3000P/Mx3005P, and other commonly used RT-qPCR instruments.
