Atila Women’s Health Panel

Our affordable Atila Women Health panel uses multiplexed isothermal PCR approach to identify wide varieties of bacterial and fungal species. Along with being highly sensitive and specific, these assays uses a simple, extraction-free workflow to deliver results in under 90 minutes.

This panel consist of six infectious disease detection kits that can be ordered in any required combination and identifies a range of bacterial and fungal pathogens. It also features a separate kit for detection of internal control offering higher sensitivity and robustness across different sample types.

Healthcare for women is of highest priority for our society to move forward. Unfortunately, due to multiple sociocultural factors in developing as well as developed countries, the state of disease detection and treatment is trailing behind. By providing an affordable diagnostic platform that includes wide infection range, Atila Biosystems visions for a healthier and safer environment for women.

Features Include

Separate Internal Control Detection

Any combination of kits can be used along with a separate internal control detection platform. This format increases the sensitivity of internal control detection and makes it highly robust.

Multiplexed, Fast & Isothermal Amplification

From sample to detection in less than 90 minutes and can be observed using upto 4 fluorescence channels simultaneously depending on the detection kit.

Easy To Use

Simple, extraction-free workflow that saves time and money.

Flexibility

Our kits can be used for detection of any number of samples without wasting extra reagents.

Low Cost

Price per assay is much better than any other kits on the market for detection of variety of pathogens.

Technical Specs

Reaction Time

Each assay requires less than 1 hour of instrument time.

Sample Types

Optimal sample type depends on the kit being used. Generally, vaginal swab samples, first-void urine samples, clinician-collected endocervical swabs can be used.

Sensitivity

Highly sensitivity assays detects in a range of 5-100 copies of pathogenic genome per reaction.

Instruments

Compatible with Bio-Rad CFX96, Atila PowerGene 9600 Plus Real-Time System, QuantStudio 7 Pro Real-Time PCR System, iCycler, ABI7500, Stratagene Mx3000P/Mx3005P and other commonly used RT-qPCR instruments.
